![]() Just because our car stopped by his house (in a small village ~2hours away from Rafsanjan - with hardly electricity or water), he invited us in for a tea. Convinced that he knew our guide, we accepted his invitation. The house was made of mud and the only two rooms were modestly furnished. During the tea he explained that his "aged" look was because of the recent death of his mother (diabetes) and his 15year son (car incident). Due to our short time, we had to refuse his offer to stay for lunch. He never accepted any money for his tea. I was deeply marked by his hospitality especially when our guide asked for his name before we left his house. | |
