Holy Light in a Mosk in Ispahan, Iran
I thought this shot would be appropriate for this week's photofriday challenge 'Divine'.
This shot was taken in Ispahan in one of the most beautiful mosk’s I have ever seen. In this 400-year-old mosk, the architecture is designed to reflect the sun based on the time of prayer. The motifs compose a nice harmony between Muslim and Zoroastrian 'Divinities'.
PS. One of the winners of PhotoFriday's challenge 'Complexity' has shot this mosk from a different angle
